LUWAN OF BRIDA
by SARANG MAHAJAN
Life outside the village is hard. It is a different world. More than compassion, what must matter is survival. Or else, you will perish. There are evil forces out there, which need to be dealt with harder than a hammer deals with an anvil. Only then, can some innocence survive.
Luwan of Brida is the first book in Inkredia Series by Sarang Mahajan.
From beyond the horizon, come the claws of dusk. Followed by the creature, creeping and crawling. All that is seen, it throws into a shadow. In Inkredia... Night is falling >>~~> Inkredia is a big country with lots of cities in it. Brida is a small village in the farthest corner of Inkredia, located at the foot of the great Malingo Mountains. It is here where we meet the main characters. Thus, starts a journey which has an apt amount of ingredients mixed to make a potion which a reader longs for in fantasy fiction. Go through the detailed mesmerizing maps.
This fantasy fiction is wonderfully creative, stirring, and seamless.
It builds into a truly gripping adventure which we all crave from a fantasy fiction. The richly detailed world will appeal to fantasy aficionados. Both the characters and their world come to life, delivering a rewarding, original, and rousing story with some memorable action scenes...
This first novel should propel Sarang to prominence.
It has all the essential elements >>> a likable hero, mysterious characters, wicked and horrifying host of villains (one such horrifying group, whenever they set out on a mission, they drink a magical potion, which keep death away from them at least once… Interesting), mysterious nonhumans, and of course Magic...
It is rightly said that if a caterpillar does not struggle out of the cocoon, it does not gain strength that helps it fly later… when it becomes a butterfly >>~~> an incredible journey with a lot ‘yet’ to unfold… but who’s complaining? ...at least not a fantasy fiction lover ;-)
